how many lawns do you aerate, fert, and seed in a year? how big are they? how long does it take you to do each?

just wondering b/c i dont know whether to take 100 acre aerating and fert. jobs and still take the smaller lawns.

any help will be appreciated. :)

ps i have a jd comp. trac., lesco pull aerator, and pull 500 lb. fert.:)

Would you take it? yes would be the answer. How long to do it? Don't know. If it is wide open acreage you could do about an acre in about 30 to 60 minutes or less. Lesco may have info about acres per hour for that aerator or you could do the math yourself. seeding is about 2 - 4#'s per/1000' depending on the seed and up here we charge about $30/1000' for that, don't know what your prices are.

    whats a JD comp tractor?

I think this is a good example of the search feature being a big help...go to the search and type in "aeration" and "aerating" and there are quite a few discussions about pricing, size, etc.... Hope you find your answer.
