What is the going rate for aeration & overseed?
$10.00 per K for the aeration. More on smaller properties, little less on large open properties. $2.50 per pound for Lesco Grand Rapids seed mix. And thats low. PR
I don't advertise or otherwise disclose my rates, But I can say I am well over 3X's what pr-fect is charging give or take. But that may be due to different geographical areas or the different market economy's or my business model. I do not have standardized pricing by area or size. But that doesn't mean standardized pricing is bad I just don't do it that way (anymore)
So how do you give out bids? PR
I do not not bid on jobs, if I am cold called I no longer give a price dependent on a size, if they are price shopping I refer them to someone else. I have priced several different ways before and i don't like standardized pricing their are to many variables.
