What does everyone charge to aerate, fertilize, lime, overseed say a quarter acre property? 1/3 acre? 1/2?

This year is the worse one so far as the ground is so so hard. Tines cost $102.00 a set and I already went through one set. Even if they water it, it's hard. Add the price of gas and the wear and tear on the equipment because of the soil hardness we added to the base fee this year
    5000' -- $75/ $11 per K after

Seed fert lime combo- 5000' $130/ $25 per K after

75-90 per hour depends on conditions. tree roots lots of obsticals. for my regular clients 1.5x their regular bill. so a 30 yard is 45 to aerate. Gives them a discount & makes my properties look better plus neighbors start to call if they see it. then they get the regular price or discount if they start service. I have gotten a few clients close to existing ones doing this.
