I have a question on pricing that I am having problems with and would like some help. I have a customer who wants his yard aerated. I will be renting apull behind aerator that is right around 48" and will rent for $40 a day. The yard will be right around 37,000 sq ft. This is a customer I have had for the last 4 years, and yes this is the first time he wants aeration done. I am thinking about charging around $200. I am also planning on doing more aerations the day I rent the machine. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

More info: I mow and also treat his lawn, and yes I am fully licensed to do the treatments.

Here aeration goes anywhere from $10 to $15 per 1000 Sq ft. since it is just about 7/8 acre I would charge $10 per 1000 Sq ft. and call it $370.
