I have a couple of questions on aerators and can't quite find the answers in the search.

1-Pattern - do you go around and around - or back and forth like mowing?
2-Towing - better off using a 4 wheeler or Scag Turf Tiger?
    3-tow behind reccomendations?
4-do the tow behind units tear if you turn real sharp?

I have an old Lesco 30 (walk behind) that works ok - thinking about getting a tow behind unit for the larger areas.

Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

pattern... i do the perimeter first, then back and forth, then go perpendicular to that, to get double coverage.

i prefer using a ztr with an electric lift tow behind classen.

Classens have split drives, so when you turn, it will not tear the turf.

I am confused - when you say 3 point hitch - are you referring to something you have on your ztr? All I can think of as far as a three point is on the back of a tractor.

it's convertable....tow behind a lawn tractor, 4-wheeler, ztr or connect to a tractor.
