    I am struggling with the proper charge for aerating a yard. I have two customers who want this service; one is a good sized front and back yard (think homes with lot sizes from the 70's) and one is for a small front yard only.

    I don't own a machine and will have to rent one @ about $40.00.

    Any input would be greatly appreciated.

    I charge $15 per k with a $75 minimum.
