    not a bad one....I think there is some redundency in the shrub.trimming section in the top right.

    I'm not sure I understand why you're calling it a "Lawn Service Agreement". That's a copy of Nebs Landscaping Work Order/Invoice.

    To me, when I think of an "agreement", I think of it as being another word for a contract. And like I said, what you posted is just a work order/invoice.
