It's inspiring to know that someone who is so rich and powerful doesn't feel he's too good to hunker down and do some good old hard work once in a while.

No bg, sure looks like our prez George W sweating it out...not so sure I'd be wearing a wrist watch though doing what he's doing.

For you and I, a watch in that situation might seem a little unnecessary. But when your schedule looks like this (below) you might want to keep a watch with you....

8:00 - yard work at the Ranch
    11:30 - Shower and change
12:00 - Lunch with Vladmir Putin
    1:15 - Military Briefing
1:40 - Conference call with President Kharzi
    1:55 - Sign 15 legislative bills
2:00 - Meet with campaign director
2:20 - Drive to airport, study tonight's speech
2:45 - Hop on plane, meet with Condi Rice regarding Iran, U.N., Russia, and North Korea
3:15 - Continue studdying speech, receive 4 phone calls
4:45 - Arrive in Phoenix, meet with Governor while driving from plane to dinner
5:25 - arrive at Diner, shake hands
    5:30 - Begin speech
    6:00 - Commence speech
6:30 - Private meet and greet with big donors
7:00 - Take time out of day to visit wounded soldier in local hospital
7:30 - Meet with John McCain in car to airport
7:35 - Board plane, get daily briefing, study tomorrow's 3 speeches, make 19 phone calls.
    10:00 - Arrive back in Washington D.C.
10:10 - Meet with Senators n car regarding new bill
10:40 - Arrive back at White House, spend 5 minutes answering questions from the press
11:00 - Kiss wife, call the kids at college, take call from Father.
    11:30 - Final Briefing
    12:00 - off to bed.

Maybe if THAT was your schedule, you'd always be wearing a watch. And point of fact - Mr. Bush is always extremely puncual.

The earplugs are so he can't hear the Press.
