Ahh yes, another fall lawn prep question (don't mind me, I'm still young and learning yet  )

When you guys do aeration, dethatching, overseed and fert, do you do all four operations in one visit, or do them in stages? (i.e.-aeration and dethatch in mid-late September, overseed and fert in mid-October). I'm leaning towards the first one, because October is getting kind of late for seeding, at least to me it is.

    Thanks!

just did 9 renovations yesterday and today. aerated, dethatched, slit seeded and fertilized. they were all very young lawns that needed lots of attention, next year they will all be aerated and overseeded + ferts
