I'm buying a 2001 Model Exmark LAzer Z. It has a 26hp Kohler, fuel injection motor. 60" deck, deluxe seat and only 282 hours. Pictures look great.

    Price w. shipping: $3900.00

    Is this a good deal?

if I tried it out, was satisfied with the tire kicking, I think I'd buy it for that money.

I hope it works out for you. keep us advised.

I'm paying $3500 for the mower, but having to pay an additional 400 for shipping. I was going to buy a brand new Gravely 44Z for $4100. But I really need the bigger deck, speed, etc... I have 4 acres to cut.

    Thanks guys.
  7. buy it ......only 282 hrs...its got a lot of running hours left in it .

What he said. Sounds like a great deal if the unit is solid and not burning oil.

It looks good but, don't pay any attention to what the hour meter says. I've seen brand new mowers sitting on the lot with hundreds of hours on them because customers or their kids turn the keys on and no one notices until it won't start. I've also seen ragged out mowers come in for repair with 0 hours on the meters.
