Every visit includes: Mowing, Edging, Weed Eating, Cleanup (Blower). During winter months (since down here in Florida we only cut 2x/Month), on the off weeks I still come out and clean up leaves and make sure the yard still looks good. And for the Bi-weekly contract folks, I do leaves when I mow.

My goal is set to charge xxx amount so that I PROFIT at least $50 per yard, per month

(ie. small yard, weekly visit, 10 miles away = $85/Month. After my costs = $50 in my pocket per month)

    Too much or too little?

Edit: $50 profit in my pocket per month, per YARD. (ie. 50 yards = $2500/Month)

Since we have NO idea what your costs are to do business, I don't think anyone can answer that except you.
