OK, I have the biz all set up and legal. Insurance and all in place. I have about 30 customers, and growing by one or two a week. I have been taking on less then desireable clients in regards to lawn quality. My hope is to use these and work into better clients. Also, these give me the chance to out due the customers expectations. I would love to drop these "undesireables", but I would lose about a third of my base. Lets face it, money is money. I am hopeing for about 40 customers by years end. How many of you have gone down this road and how did you make out in the long run. Thanks in advance. :dancing:

probably everybody has done this. i did. just be reliable and do good work and the neighbors and other passers by will notice. soon word of mouth will bring more business and each year you can weed out the yards you dont want with better yards.

If it's worth your time and money then good keep it going, if it's a drag and your just wasting time and money then dump it...
