I was contacted by a potential customer about her lawn, It is next door to one I currently handle, Her lot size is about 1/2 acre but only about 800sq ft of grass. All she wants is someone to keep it mowed until the house sells.
I gave her a price of $75 she then says that that is much cheaper than the one that was currently cutting it. So i had to ask. She tells me that the guy was charging her $200 a cut
AM I THE LOWBALLER or is my price just fair?

I'd say your price is EXTREMELY reasonable, and that's without seeing the property. Is there a lot of trimming? It appears to me that she was being ripped off.

2 large oaks in the front yard some minor trimming next to the house
I told her that i felt like she was being ripped off. She is elderly and lives in Ala now since Katrina.

Sounds to me like you will be a blessing for her. Charge the $75 or whatever you think is sufficient, and who knows, you may get a referral since your price is reasonable. Glad to know you are being a professional and not ripping her off because she is elderly.

Should I assume $75 per month? I can't imagine getting $75 per cut.

no this is for a one time cut she believes the property is sold and it has not been cut in a while and she wants it by Sat.
