I just got back from a property where in one week some burrowing animal managed to make a mess of the lawn. I don't have any pictures but there where no dirt mounds anywhere but the lawn was clearly pushed up along the entire length of the tunnels. The tunnels seemed large, I would say easy 2" maybe 3" Any idea what kind of animal that would be?

Thanks. Did dome research, looks like an Eastern Mole. I've dealt with lots of voles and gophers but not moles so I didn't realize how big their tunnels were and when there weren't any mounds anywhere it kinda threw me. There has been tons of earthworm activity in the lawn so I'm sure that's what it was chasing around
