annual bluegrass

    I have a lawn,it's one are best customers and I notice more and more poa annua.I have already used dimension w/fert but I need to get rid of the weed that is spreading what are some options?I've done a search and didn't find much would gladly take some info.

    Pre-emerge this fall and again in the spring. Either fert and mow tall now, or stress it out by drying out, a good hot period and mow low once brown, will shrink but not get rid of. eitherway pre-emerge twice a year. a good cold winter will help to get rid of also

    The lawn is irrigated and won't dry out so maybe I'll try pre emergent in the fall.Thanks
