my first year in the biz and i did ok. I went for more of the straight cutting jobs. Next year i want to go for the bigger ones. I see all these lawns with nice trimmed trees and shrubs and no weeds in the beds. My question is do you put that in the contract? The tree trimming, and shrubs, and new mulch etc. or do you do charge them seperate? And if you do put it in the contract do you say, ok, ill trim every two weeks, weed every other and so on. any help or suggestion would be greatly apprecceated.

ill help you out:) if they want a contract (hopefully) put it in there. typically shrubs every 2 weeks. beds every week....ummmm trees twice a year to maintain them, sucker removal....put in fertilizer weed control. anything out of the ordinary obviously you cant forsee that. youll be better off with a contract i promise. no checks to collect except one, no bullshit pay up front or half now half later. its a simple concept
