Everything is fairly new,
The only problem is he wants $14,400 for $9,000 worth of equipment and that's being generous.
But it says the reserve has not been met yet, so we don't know what he wants for it.
The reserve is what he wants for it. Anything above that is gravy. In other words if he doesn't get the reserve he doesn't want to sell. You could place a $9000 bid on it but under Ebay rules he doesn't have to sell it to you because you didn't meet the reserve. Once the bidding meets the reserve then he is obligated to sell it to the highest bidder. He's not getting any bids because the reserve is above what the equipment cost new.
