The thread on slogans/phrases got me thinking about terms we use among ourselves... Like, 3 or more lawns grouped together are a "cluster cut", and 2 stripes mistakenly cut the same way side by side is a "double wide". An obsessed homeowner may exhibit OCLD, (obsessive/compulsive lawn disorder.) Little tracks made with a small 21" mower are called "granny lines", (especially if they were put down by the homeowner in a less than straight line!). A new guy who has a little trouble with running a blower efficiently may have "blower wander". Crews that "swarm" a lawn and seem to be everywhere at once are "commando cutters". All done to have a little fun at work. You guys do this?

We call trimmers "whipsickles", small lawns "postage stamps", our zero turn riders the "sit down mowers,"and crooked stripes "bananas."
