I bought a 32 near the end of last season to be more efficient and faster not having to use my 21 and I'm very happy I made the purchase!

We have 21'' commercial honda, 36'' exmark WB, and 50'' rider. Space can be an issue, but I like to dispatch with all 3. The 21'' is used around edges every other visit on some accounts to reduce soil pressure and on valuable HOA accounts. Other 2 mowers are used as needed for the job. 21'' mulches or bags, 36'' mulches, and 50'' bags with ultra vac or side discharges.

I keep one on the trailer in case I need one (rarely). But most of the time a trimmer can be used where the 36" cannot.

Run 33" for 60% of our route, not often a 21 is needed.
