i currently am using the ryan lawnaire v and have 1 LA28.any feedback on the Plugr 850 Pro HD
back to the top! Anyone?
FWIW there is one on eBay at a dealer not too far from your state for $3995 with the Honda engine. If I was that close I would of already bought it. Risk of shipping damage and response to my question killed the deal for me. " yeah I'll put it on a pallet maybe I'll build a crate . . . uh no I'll just poly wrap it on a pallet and call it good."
If you search the archives you will find some more input on it as well as a few other lawncare forums. Some people have had belt tension issues but beyond that they are well liked. My plan is to make most of my income in 2008 from this unit.
we have a ryan, it is solid. we also have that plugger and it is great, but i have had belt slippage and have not remedied it fully yet. other than that, a joy to use once you get used to it, it can be rough on harder ground, and if it aint wet, forget it
