What are you gonna be using it for? Your own lawn, or a bunch of other lawns?

Toro Prolines are great for mulching and will last a long time. Alot of guys think Honda is the best bagger....they hold up well too.
If you only occasionally use a 21", you might want to look at something cheaper. I'm pretty sure the Honda and Toro run over $1,000.

Just buy a used pushmower from craigslist. You can always find them for free- $20.00 because they dont run or there old. If you know how to change the sparkplug, you can usually fix them

Toro or Snapper. Toro about $1,200...Snapper about $800. Toro will not break down as much as Snapper but with the Snapper you can usually fix it yourself pretty quickly. Toro breaks down you usually have to take it in to get it fixed.
