I just bought a new 6x10 Mirage enclosed trailer yesterday. However it is my first and I was unaware of all the additive things that I will need just to transport my equipment. I've noticed that weed trimmer racks are quite expensive and hoping to find it for a cheaper price. It also seems I will need to get the etrack so I can mount my JD. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm not exactly sure how do prep my trailer for my equipment.

Make the racks out of 2x4's and bolt them to the top rail of the trailer.

NW landscape, I built all my racks and holders from wood and some hooks from home depot, gimme some time this weekend ,i'll take some pics, so easy and simple you wont believe it and strong as an ox, mine have lasted for 1.5 years so far and show no signs of wear or fatigue.

Id sell it and upgrade to a bigger trailer because you can always use more trailer space. Id get at least a 7' x 14' or even an 18 footer

Well here are some photos of my efficient setup, well it works for me. note rakes on ceiling, gas cans and trimmer supplies at doorway. Ohh , And if you go enclosed make sure you prime and paint the whole inside of the trailer, gives it reflective light and keeps stains down to a minimum.

That's genius! What a use of every bit of space! I especially like the rakes on the ceiling and the cradles/shelves for the trimmer engines. What size trailer is that?

    7 x 16 tandem
It took me about 2 days to plan everything to fit, front bench is about 20" on right side and about 30" on left side. note the inverted gussets (flip flopped) triangle up behind trimmer head and down on shaft side. Down side helps keep lower trimmer in place if it should bounce (like if (when) I hit a curb).
