I'm gonna add an aerator to my service. Looking real hard at the grasshopper or the LT Rich. Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated. Or if any of you have any other brands that work well let me know. Looking for something self propelled, professional appearance and large enough for acreages. Thanks for your responses.

The Z-plugger from LT Rich is a well biult machine, easy to use.

We complment ours with a small walk behind for the tight places.

You can also get a spreader / hopper installed on the Z plugger for spreading seed, although this is not the route I choose.

I have used many different aerators, from large golf course models to walk behinds (hate them) to specific putting green aerators.

We use the Z for 5,000 sf lawns to 120,000 sf.
