Yes all the time. usually goes pretty well. I am thinking though at 4 hours away, I would be willing to get myself though. Take family, father, brother, dog, get out, enjoy your time. What did ya buy?

I used them to ship a car. Basically they are just a broker, and take a small cut of the shippers bid price. Brokers bid or quote the load, then they go find a truck to haul for that amount. In all I had a good experience, the car arrived about 12 hrs late but in good condition. The charged less to ship than what it would have cost me to get the car.

Mine would have been a 16hr road trip. Short road trips are great, but when its cheaper to have some one else do the transporting, I let them do it.

Used it to have a Little Wonder blower shipped from NYC area to Pittsburgh area. Picked up and shipped to a shipping depot(cheaper than home delivery) right near my house for $152 including insurance. Had a bid in 5 mins and all communication by email. Had it in less than 6 days over Christmas/New years holidays. No delays. Went super smooth.

Used them twice with great results. Even at four hours if the route is right for them it will be cheaper than you going yourself. But as a tradeoff you will have to do some coordinating, etc. I would not hesitate to use them again.
