Here are a couple pics of the Stang. When I got the car in 2003, it was Oxford White with "phone dial wheels", and a white top. Gray/black interior, and had nothing done to it except for a Pro 5.0 shortshifter and Flowmaster exhaust. It was a basically bone-stock 1989 5.0 5 speed with 84,000 miles on the clock. First was an intake, then catless h-pipe, then cam, headwork, headers, nitrous, then a charger. Then I ditched the charger, EFI, and 5 speed for the setup now.
The first pic is pre-paint (obviously). Second is after spraying the Ford Sonic Blue.

Also, I forgot to mention before that the front spindles, brakes, and rotors are off of a 2003 Mach 1. I had the Mach 1 rearend in the car previously, but put it in a buddy's 2004 Cobra. The current rearend is originally out of an 88 GT that I bought as a parts car.

Sweet ride, man. Have you heard of Power Source Diesel from Big Spring? My brother in law owns it. Go on youtube and search for "Cumstang" or "three turbo mustang". It's the black SN-95 body style. That frickin thing is insane.

I have seen those YouTube videos and they are awesome. I love fast diesels.

My 2000 cummins is around 450/1000. Lots of mods on it.

I grew up racing karts with my father in the 60's. Then got back into it in the 80's racing the Yamaha class all over the South East. Daytona, Moroso, Sebring, Robeling Rd, Rd Atlanta and a ton of short tracks and street races. There really is nothing like 150 karts in the draft at daytona to really teach you how much the aero affects things. I did the shifter kart thing a couple of times, but really never had the skill or coordination to be good. There really is no better bang for the buck if you want to experience real racing.

I forgot to mention this is 99% street but it is designed to roll the out if I do take it to the track. The goal is to break into the high 10's N/A on pump gas at 3850lbs with me in the car and maybe dip into the high 9's with some spray. All forged 385 with cnc ported 227 Brodix heads and custom ground Bullet solid roller cam at .655/.645 etc etc. The car is setup excellent with S&W ladder bars and koni coil over's, 12 bolt with moser spool, moser 33 spline axles and moser 4.56 pro series gears. Fully built manual valvebody TH350 with custom built ATI treemaster 8" 5000 stall converter.
