I would like to hit up some car lots with my pressure washing services but I'm unsure about how I should price. I was thinking $5 per car and all cars minimum? shouldn't spend more than 5-10 minutes per car so $5 each seems like good money.

We don't do them here. The avg rate is $0.75 to $ 1.75/car. That's why we don't do them.

$5 per car should cheap enough for them considering most car washes are a minimum of $5 and they have to mess around with leaving the lot and doing each one individually. I suppose I could go as low as about $3 per but I'd have get every car on the lot and not spend much time with it, just quick blow the dirt off kind off job.

Without DI(deionized)water and a water softener there is no simple blow & go with car lots. The cars will need to be hand dried to prevent spotting with the use of soft and DI water. Most used lots here have a porter who hand washes/dries cars all day.
I agree with Michael the price scale is to low and additional equipment cost is to high for us to do them.

My first job was at a delarership and a group of guys came everyother week. One sprayed the car down, 2 dried with shamies. Took them about 3hrs for 300-400 cars.
