If so how much is the average charge for Lawns buy the square foot? Trying to learn how to bid jobs besides how long you think it will take you to cut it. Like say for instence a lawn takes you 45 mins to cut, trim and blow. How much do you charge for that?

I'm in Westland 5 mins north of detroit metro airport.
I charge by time homes are billed at $45.00 an hour and my few business are double.
I get lots of work So I figure I'm doing good.
Now up between Flint and Saginaw It's quite a bit cheaper, and acre cost $35.00

While some prices may be a bit lower around here, an acre goes for alot more than 35. We are getting around 40 for the standard half acre subdivision lots. Edging, and everything else is extra.

In N. Alabama we are getting $40.00 for half acre including trim and edge. Depends on the neighborhood.

Dont charge hourly for mowing. You can make more than $45/hr.
Charge by the job...have a minimum.
