If so, how did you go about getting one?
(no Canadian dealers)
Where in Canada are you located?
Not sure..wasnt sure what part of Canada you lived. I live about 25 min. from Niagara Falls Can. Have a Wright Stander 42 for sale.
This might sound strange but I went to one of the many dealers who carry Wright products and bought one.
^^^Hows it going Ray, long time no see.
We have wright dealers here in Ontario. Infact I have one 10 minutes away in Ancaster. I have considered purchasing one for quite some time. I will in the future. How much are you looking for that 42 stander green giant? Maybe PM me specs?
In Winnipeg we got nothing. There is a dealer who is selling a 2005 (new) Exmark 52" Hydro for $6900. Too much, almost every thing else I see is gear driven.
I almost never see anyone with a mower larger than 21"'s here, at least on residential. I'll likely buy a couple Commercial Toro's to replace my two homeowner toros, then, depending how my flyers do, get a Quick 36.
Ideally I would like a Phazer by exmark or a 34z by gravely but can't find equipment like that here.
I feel your pain. I am also interested in the wright standers, but their are no dealers here in the Vancouver, BC area that I know of. Have lots of other brands to choose from here like, John Deere, Toro, Exmark, Husquavarna, Walker, Gravely, etc. but no Wright. Funny thing is I requested info from the wright website and they sent me catalogs on their whole product line, even though their are no dealers here.
