Most of the mowing here is about wrapped up, and am thinking of adding this as a winter gig. Not super hard, did my own, and already have the nail guns & auger. I have a customer who wants one that is a total of about 460 feet w/ 2-8' Double gates and 1-3' single gate. Material total is right at $4,000 . Do you guys charge by linear foot? Since ths would be a new service I'm not sure what to charge for labor, usually I try to get $200 per day, per man. Any input would help. Thanks.

$30 a foot here installed including materials. White cedar 6x6x6' pickets, metal posts. Many wood privacy fences here are installed on a 10" wide 4 inch tall concrete footing and that is $10 a foot extra. Gates are $100 extra each and are still included in the $30 a foot.

I don't build fences but I checked on prices for my own fence and these are what I got but I ended up putting mine up on my own.
