Is anyone interested in selling out over the winter? I am looking for a turn key operation and I am ready to relocate. If you are considering it or know someone who is let me know.

I am not really planning on selling out, but it is always an option. I think you will find that there are lots that would sell if the $$ was right.

    Western Colorado
    30 week mowing season
    Leaf Cleanup through December
Sprinkler Winterizations from October 15 until..... (this year mid November.)

My business is always for sell, if the price is right. Easy operation. Hundreds of regular clients. Excellent foreman who handles all of the labor aspects of the business. But you better have some serious dough. We grossed $500,000 this year and have grown 30-40% each year so far. I'd want some serious compensation to leave it all behind.

Are you going to use the equipment you have listed or do you need the whole operation?
