Anyone tell me why they make this RainBird Nozzle??????

    1800-16SLA...

    16' stream Low Angle.

    There is 1 contractor who uses at least 3 per garden job he does. He just cranks it down to the size of the are to be sprayed, but it is still a stream. :realmad:

    I just don't understand. :dizzy:

    why do they make these nozzles??

    Theory behind them is the stream will penetrate the foliage better, and the low angle is designed to spray under the plants. Instead of putting the nozzle on a riser that keeps getting added to as the landscape grows they are placed low.
