Looking to purchase a bb200 and wanted to know if the unit was worth the price tag, especially for only 100' of hose? Does the machine really spread the 6-8 yards they advertise, also any problems with that size machine clogging? We spread around 400 yards a season and looking to find a faster way than the wheel barrel.
Sorry for the re-post, the other one got moved.

At 400 yds a yr it would take forever to recover the expense of the machine. Ask your dealer how many hrs the plates in the air chamber are good for then ask how much to replace the. The hose you can find for half of what the Finn dealer gets. The local dealer here is Wolbert and Masters. They are pretty good guys. The machine wont clog as long as you have someone running it that knows what they are doing and dosnt turn the flow up to high.

Thanks for the info Marek. I'm looking at a used bb200 for $22,000. I did some math and we could recover the cost in two seasons vs. by wheel barrel. After that all profit. Do the plates in the air chamber wear fast?
