I'm wondering where I can find them online or elsewhere. Does anyone use these for more intricate cuts & carving's in rock?

2" blades are available though, right?

Can you manage to cut out a 2x4 chunk out of a stone with a 4" blade?

Never heard of a 2" blade, but I use 4 1/2" on my grinder for small, intricate cuts. You should be able to cut most anything you need with 4" or 4 1/2".
I buy them locally, but you might check constructioncomplete.com, that's where I buy my big blades.

never seen a 2" either. i use a 12" blade 8" and a 4.5" i can cut very small and very large. notching corners and things like that just takes a little skill. i also use a carbide tipped hammer to clean up spots i cant cut with a saw.

I have used a 4 1/2" with my angle grinder. Worked great for cutting dry stack ledger.
