Well guys i just recieved a email from one of my long time customers about bidding on 5 apartment complexes.I sent him a email in early feb to see if he had anymore work to bid on.Told him i am license and insured and would like the opportunity to bid on anymore properties that he might have.So on Sunday going to go look at these properties.Wish me luck because this would be nice to land. They want mowing, mulching on only one of the properties, spring cleanups on all and weekly mowing and shrub trim twice a month.I will let you know how it goes.

Hey, is that 5 totally separate apartment complexes??? or one 5 building complex? Does that make any sense to you, cause it doesn't to me....

How did they look? Wish you luck on getting them. I went out today and got some prices for a company here in town to. Started my ad last week and got a call right off the bat.

very cool... I like those odds better.
Considering you weren't even expecting a call..... even one contract is better then nothing... G'luck again.
