I've been covered up this week and will be next week getting several apartment complexes ready for HUD Inspections. This is a great source of extra work. Does anyone take care of apartment complexes and have to deal with the HUD inspections? I know it's a stressful time for the apartment managers but it's one of the few times that they don't care to spend the mullah.....

We do work for a company that has inspections. Starting in March we have 7-8 employees on site for 40 hours a week until the end of November. December through February we have 2-3 employees on site for about 25 hours a week. Yes, the property managers get stressed before inspections. But, like you said, it's worth it. Anything they need, we are there for them and they know that. Works out well for both parties.
