I am trying to figure out how to bid an apartment comples. It has 3.2 acres of grass to mow. Most of this area is broken into courtyards and side yards with a large green space in the back. I estimate it will take me about 6 hours or so. There are about 10 separate buildings on this property The grass is a fescue blend that will be cut once a week from Mid May through Mid October. If any one can help I would appreciate it

600 a cut and I'd be willing to bet it's still too low, at least from an owner-operator's point of view.

i charge $65.00 per man per hour so to be on the safe side say it will take 7 hours . multiply $65.00 x 7 man hours = $455.00 per cut here in ca. thats the going rate

My original thought was 2300 a month.
    Thanks

let me understand what you are saying . are saying you will bid 24 man hours @ $2300.00 per month . thats $95.00 per hour . if you can get that it will be a good bid. here we can't get bids that high .
