Those of you with employee applicators, what do you do with them when it gets slow in the off season? How do you keep them busy in between steps? Do you need an army of part timers? How many (roughly) apps do you need to support an applicator(3000 sq homes close together)?

I am looking to hire an applicator and these questions are difficult to reconcile.

    ANY advice is greatly appreciated.

One thing you could do between rounds is have them try and upsell for the upcoming round. In the winter slow months you could pull the efforts to gai new customers. Like calls, marketing, etc.
