I have just started looking into this area of aqautic pest control and I had a few questions.

1.) Is there much of a demand?
2.) What type of basic equipment will I need?

    Thanks in advance...

I'm getting out of doing aquatic apps. Too much B.S. to go through with State D.E.Q. Permits, reports, paperwork - all B.S. and not worth it. Sorry, forgot to answer your question - no special equipment, unless your doing large bodies of water, then you'll need a boat. Nice write-off. There is somewhat a demand, but most folks won't pay for it. Mine was almost all commercial - decorative fountains, ponds, etc.

Mosquito spraying in Wisconsin requires 5.0 Aquatic licensing. There is money in this type of work. We are planning on going this road next season. I don't look to get into any lake or pond work of any types, but the mosquito thing works.
