Are these good machines?

    id be leary of the ryan its been around the block, but you cant go wrong with the blue bird.
  3. I see the Ryan is missing a chain, tines look OK, missing chain/belt guard makes me think POS. Would have to hear it run to know what its worth, but running I think 3-500 on that one. Ryan parts are not cheap. If you are not a good mechanic I recommend you pass on it, repairs will drive price too high.
    Good runner thats complete around here sells 900-1200. almost new 14-1500.
    Check bearings, make sure drum is intact, has 2 chains not cheap to replace.
