    On the other hand I won't invest in a home that is not in anHOA. For good reason...

    Right.... Hate to tell man, but my min is $20/cut. And constantly hear, Well my last guy did it for $15/cut. I'm making roughly $400/month not including expenses because the town is to flooded with lawn care companies.

    It's not so much that I don't like clover as it grows so thick that it crowds out and overtakes my fescue. It starts out thin but I haven't done anything to it in a couple years and It is really taking over and messing up the turf.

    i'm sorry to hear that.

    would they pay more for a more premium service? all lawn treatments included, edging on every single mow. bed treatments, wife treatments?

    woo hoo. finally getting my lawn done. gotta pick up a few things here and there and finish my compost pile box. can take the requested pictures this weekend. much improvement.


    question, there an easy way to get rid of other grasses, would like to, over time, fill in with only KGb. I dug up half my front lawn due to a hill of dead grass (grew new grass in 5 days Thumbs Up), but i would rather not have to dig up all of my back yard.
