Are your parts OEM?

    How long do you think the hold backs will be? A few working days? I thought you would have a bunch of orders from the site. Does every one know you stock OEM parts or good replacements? I was ready to place my order with a competitor until I found out you had better parts.

    the hold-ups depend on the manufacturer. 99% of the time if we don't get your order out within three working day it's due to a national shortage - the parts are pretty tough to come by unless you're buying from a specialist in a particular brand. in our case, walbro isn't a high-stocking brand, so if the walbro distributing plants have difficulty getting the parts to us then we'll need to do some digging. so in answer to your question, we haven't had a problem getting parts due to lack of buying power or minimum requirements in quite a while.

    i believe we do externally market that we stock oem parts, but it's not really advertised on our website. i'll definitely bring that up to our team and see what we they think, thank you for that suggestion.

    Any status on my order? I looked at your site but it states no order on record.

    you should be able to pull up your order status with just the email address and your order number. it looks like about half the parts on your order are in the difficult to obtain category and were backordered from exmark. i'm still waiting on an estimated ship date from them.

    OK, this is waaaayy too long to be waiting for my order. Can you just send me what you have now, delete what is holding my order up and refund me the difference? If not can you just cancel my order and refund my money?

    Looks like it's time for somebody at Partstree.com to call Rod and ask him WTF is taking so long with the parts.

    Hehe, Rod won't know what's going on with parts.

    PB - I'm putting in a request to go ahead and ship what's available and cancel the backordered parts. The next version of the website will allow us to partial ship orders so that future customers won't have to go through this wait - unfortunately our current process doesn't allow us to do this yet.

    Actually, now that I look at it, it says your order shipped yesterday. You should have received an email from our system with your tracking number. Check your spam filter to see if it caught anything from us that it shouldn't have.

    I'll check the spam filter. I didn't see anything in my inbox but I rarely check my spam bow. I recieved a confirmation email when my order was placed so I didn't think it would go into spam. Next time poke the Exmark rep in the eye with a hydro filter......:hammerhead:

    You can also view your order status to get your UPS tracking number.
