Yea and I'm not trying to stir anything up, but the way you talk and your signature says 4 crew. Your acting Ike its your company when there is no way it can be. I admire you for getting out and trying to get in the industry at such a young age but lets be real. This can't be yours, just a little insight. We run 3 man crews and it cost me about 100k a year to pay the labor for that crew. So for a 4 man crew you can add another 20 to 30k to that. That's not counting equipment. You would have to be grossing 150k a year before you started making money with 4 guys. Unless your hiring illegals with no family to feed and no bills to pay. But the average American will not work for less then 25 to 30k a year and it wouldn't be fair to let them as they have bills just like me. Take it or leave but just throwing some numbers out there of how mug money it takes to run a 4 man crew.

To clarifie it is my business and the 3 crew aren't full time only when I need help on something but that happens allot. And the truck is a the kid who always works for me its his but its our work truck. And its mostly in my neighbor hood for mowing and stuff. But thankfully we know lots of people and we get great jobs
