A local place also has a 2013 Terex PT60 for 45k brand new set up the same way gonna check both out and see what kind of monthly payment i can get
One thing that helps is that the new undercarriages use metal face seals just like any CTL in the market (that 2008 model has metal face seals too). The rubber bogie wheel just bolts to the hub. another thing to think about between the Cat and ASV/Terex machines is that the ASV/Terex machines are built around the chassis and the Cat machines are skid steer chassis that fit the ASV/Terex undercarriage to it. They have different weight distributions, ground clearances and space between the tracks and chassis.
