Ok, I know that they make a few attachments for ztr's but are they good on your frame? I am considering making a snow plow attachment for my z but is that a good idea or is it too much for the frame to handle? Has any one out there done this?

I'm guessing that almost any commercial Z should be able to handle attachments. Check with your dealer and see if putting attachments on the mower will void the warranty.

You gotta be reasonable when adding attachments. I put a 300lb sprayer tank above the motor on my Mtd Pro Z and ended up ruining the rear wheel bearing on one side. Too much weight when doing side hills caused the problem. I should have done the flats first then the side hills or only fill the tank halfway.
