    Thats not far from where I grew up. The guy seems pretty proud of himself. I didn't notice any Japanese Maples though.:usflag:

    While his trimming is not excactly horticulturally sound the man is talented. I'd bet 99% of the people on this site could not trim as symetrically and tight as this guy.

    Just goes to show, just because someone has money doesn't mean they have taste.

    Why didn't he shear the blue spruce?

    The best thing that could happen to those landscapes is a chain, skidsteer and a chipper.

    I'm sure in Ray's opinion this is perfectly acceptable landscaping.

    I think there are 2 Japanese Maples. Look on the the video one is near the old guy with the power washer.

    Got that right! Who in their right mind wants all their trees/bushes to look like poodles that just got back from the beauty parlor?:confused:

    And what I find interesting is that while the shrubs are "highly" manicured (butchered) the turf looks like crap.
