Auto Renewal....

    For you that use contracts for lawn maint. What is your insight on having the contract an auto renewal to save time and hassel of getting them back from the customer.

    Mine is an open ended contract. I like it that way. Less paper work and it doesn't really give them an opportunity to change LCO's.

    I send out a letter in January, personalize the beggining, then I detail the services for this year and explain they are already on the schedule for their convenience, yada, yada, yada, 'if for any reason you need to cancel or make any changes to the services please contact me by phone or e-mail by March 1st.' Even after receiving the letter some people will call and make sure they are on the schedule, it works great! :waving:
