I was just curious to know the average size of the lawns in different areas of the country. While waiting for this constant rain to stop, I did some number crunching and came up with just under 18,500 sq. ft. average. This takes into account my smallest residential (1200 sq.ft.) to my largest (268,000 sq. ft.). I'm not looking for prices as that can vary wildly and I'm not so goofy as to post my pricing structure here. Any input is welcome.

Thanks for the replies. Not looking for the commercial stops. I have a few true monsters over 500,000 myself. Also pondering getting wide-app equipment as all these huge lawns are begining to wear on my old bones and just trying to get a feel on what is a realistic amount to be treating.
