Ok Im going to bite the bullet. In the state of Florida you have to work for another licensed pest control company to obtain your license for one year and 24 credit hours. Thats the shortest way to become eligible to take the certification test. Im only targeting companies that offer L/O, Termite, and Household Pest with a strong training program.

I wanted to know what is the avg pay scale I should expect. All sales jobs are 100 commission. Depending on the company they may provide you with transportation.

Can you guys please share any thoughts or comments. I want my license and I want to learn about the business from the inside and out. I could physically pay someone to have as a pest control operator, but I'm not comfortable with taking that route.
