[B]Raise prices now![/B]

    Here is my thought.

    Approx 7-8 weeks left in season. I am raising my prices now with fuel as the reason.

    Here is why I think now is best.
    With only 8 weeks left they are not going to change service providers.
    By next season they will be over the increase.
    They cannot disagree with the fuel reason.

    i agree that they shouldnt be suprised if you raise your prices, but dont be suprised if some drop u either.

    I'm waiting till the end of the season, most of our work is with a property management companys and I have informed them next year to expect an increase and a fuel surcharge clause in the contracts to off set the high and low's (not many low's) of the fuel prices...seems the fair thing to do.

    I raised a bunch of them in early or mid july, most about five bucks each. As of now, knowone has even mentioned anything about the increase.
