I have a 26 hp vtwin Briggs engine that I am rebuilding. Where should the timing marks line up on the crank and cam? I have them next to each other and both pistons are TDC. Shouls they be opposite? Anyone have any pics? Sorry for the ignorance on my part.

Yes they should, but I just need to know where the timing marks line up so I don't have to tear it back down. Thanks for your response.

As long as the camshaft mark is algined with the crankshaft mark don't worry where the pistons are, Slap it together and go mow.....
